Tagum City College of Science arıd Technology Foundation,
Inc. open its doors to any interested applicant who has the desired
qualifications and capacity for Junior and Senior High School work
regardless of creed, belief, religion and economic status.

Applicants seeking for admission are required to submit
satisfactory evidences of their fitness for college work determined
by its scholastic records and evidence of good moral character

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for admission to the college, students must be
a graduate of elementary schools duly recognized by the
Department of Education

New Student

1. Elementary/High School Report Carc (Form 138)
2. Certificate of Good Moral Character (Original (Ado)
3. Photocopy of Birth Certificate attached with the original copy from PSA
4. 4 copies passport size I.D
5. Certificate cf completion for incoming senior high school
   1. long brown enveloped

Transferees

1. Elernentary/High School Report Card (Form 138)
2. Certificate of Gooc Moral Character (from last school attended, original copy)
3. Photocopy of Birth Certificate (attached with the original copy from PSA)
4. 4 copies passport size 1.D
5. Certificate of Completion (If App icable)
6. Long Brewn Enveloped

Old Students

1. Graded class carcs from the previous subjects or Student Permanent Record (SPR)
2. Student Clearance
